RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
At the moment of the reservation we will debited a 25% deposit in the amount Euros from your VISA and your accommodation at Marina Mariola will be all confirmed.
The total cost for the reservation will be automatically debited from the credit card provided, unless otherwise specified, 30 days prior to arrival and a confirmation will be sent to you.
For your information, the cancellation policy for these apartments is the following:
From now up to 30 days prior arrival date: 25% of the total cost.
As from 30 days prior arrival until the arrival: 50% of the total cost.
Please note that there is a standard 300 Euros Breakage deposit which is due upon arrival and to cover possible damages, which can be paid in cash or by credit card, as to your convenience. This deposit will be refunded upon departure and if left with no damages.
Daily cleaning is included except for Sunday and bank holidays. Extra bed under request, please check with our representatives.
TRANSPORT
For transport from Málaga airport to the apartment, we are pleased to offer the following choices:
A Mercedes E class or similar type vehicle with English speaking driver for 105 Euros (return: 210)
A Mercedes Viano or similar type vehicle with English speaking driver for up to 7 pax, 130 Euros (return: 260 Euros)
Either of the corresponding drivers will wait for you past the baggage claim area holding a sigh with your name.
In case you would like to reserve
either of these options, please confirm us your flight details:
The name of the operating airline
The flight number
Your mobile contact number
Arrival time and/or departure info.
The total cost for the services would be debited from your credit card as it needs to be prepaid and any cancellation regarding transportation needs to be notify at least 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise money will not be refunded since the driver will be waiting.
Also, please find attached driving directions to Marina Mariola Complex from the Málaga airport for your convenience.
Important
Please we kind ask you to phone us once you are ready to leave the Málaga airport toward the apt. so that we make sure either Carolina at the resort or if after hours, any of our staff members have enough time to go to the property to meet with you and check you into the apt. If you arrival is after 10 pm, a late check up fee in the amount of 40 Euros will apply and is payable at the time of check-in.
